What is your 'internal radio' telling you?
We get caught up in our busy lives and are on autopilot most of the time. Have you ever thought of what your 'internal radio' is broadcasting to you all day long?
As you go about your day, start to listen to how you talk to yourself.
Does any of the following sound familiar?
"There is something wrong with me. I’m really messed up."
"I’m bad / useless.”
"It’s all my fault."
"I’m incompetent. I don’t know what I’m doing."
"I’m not (good / smart / attractive / rich etc.) enough."
"I should / shouldn't have (….).”
"I’m not as (good / smart / attractive / successful etc.) as XYZ."
"I’ll never be able to do this. I don’t have what it takes."
At a deeper level, you might hear:
"I don’t deserve to be happy. I don’t deserve to be loved. I don’t deserve to have what I want."
"I deserve to be punished. I don’t deserve to be forgiven."
"That person doesn’t like me. No one likes me."
Underlying negative self talk are long-held beliefs about yourself. What does that mean?
The way you talk to yourself through your 'internal radio' determines how you deal with and react to situations, how you conduct yourself and ultimately how you feel on a day-to-day basis impacting on the quality of your life.
Working with you we can help you identify and let go of these beliefs so you can freely move towards the life you desire.
