The Harley Street Wellbeing Clinic was set up to help people smile again.

We bridge the gap between science and everyday life. We believe that success strategies should not be hidden away in research articles only available to a select few. We translate these into the latest tools and cutting edge techniques, so they can help you transform your life for the better.

No matter what challenge you are facing. There is always a way.

We specialise in helping people eliminate stress, anxiety, traumatic experiences and transform behavioural problems by using the most up to date, cutting edge methods based on research from behaviour, brain and neuroscience to mention a few. We combine a wealth of knowledge and experience about how the body and mind work together to create our health and wellbeing.

We bring together a group of experts specialising in their own fields. We work with organisations, schools and individuals through consultation, tailored approaches, programmes and keynote lectures. We also work with teachers, parents and carers of children, so they can learn how to nurture children's emerging personalities the best possible way, preparing them for resilience and success for decades to come.

If you are looking for charismatic, professional and inspirational speakers, we cover topics relating to behaviour and neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, communication, nurturing talent, organisational behaviour and many more. At our Clinic we work with the best consultants across the country who specialise in different areas, so you get the best treatment tailored to your individual requirements. Find out how we can help you today.

Margareta is a Professor of Leadership and Personal Development and also runs a successful private practice, where it is all about positive change for individuals. She works with celebrities, royals, companies, family businesses, schools, sport teams and individuals in the UK and overseas.

Margareta’s thinking has attracted much media attention. Her work has been covered by various international TV and Radio channels such as the BBC and M1, and in the press on topical and impactful issues surrounding mind management, success and wellbeing. She also speaks at conferences and delivers Personal Development and Change programmes. She has a profile as a knowledgeable, accessible and hugely impactful Wellbeing Expert and Executive Coach, who inspires and motivates people around the world from Asia across the Middle East, Europe and the US. Challenging, perceptive and kind, her leading edge thinking inspires, stimulates and motivates.

Her pragmatic, no-nonsense approach stems from her background in Psychology, Neuro and Behavioural sciences to create positive change and enable people to achieve what they desire. Resilience has been one of her special interests over the decades and she holds an MBA from Henley Business School amongst many other qualifications in Coaching and Behaviour Sciences to name a few.

When she started working with highly successful people many years ago, she realised that the things we all consider to be crucial to our happiness - success, money, fame, titles were not making people happy. She has worked with so many people all over the world from different backgrounds, who simply had 'everything going for them' and they were still deeply unhappy, dissatisfied and even lost.

So she became really interested in what makes people happy, and how people live a balanced life.

What is the secret to a good life? Is there something we are missing? Have you ever wondered why is it that different people react to the exact same situation differently? Why is it that some people get knocked down and they never get up again? Why is it that others get knocked down and they don't just get up, but they keep going against all odds? We are all born with so much potential. So what is it that determines how we live our lives? What determines our choices? Is is nature? Is it nurture? Is it genetics? Is it learnt? Margareta has some invaluable insights as she has helped so many people find themselves and get their lives back on track again - against all odds. She shares these insights with audiences all over the world.

Lucy Cavendish

Lucy Cavendish is an author, broadcaster, journalist and therapist. Her belief is ‘why just survive when you could flourish?’ and this is what makes her work and attitude to life refreshing, positive and based in a belief that, although we can’t change other people, we can change ourselves. Not only that, but if we understand the core of ourselves, we can profoundly affect our own lives and the lives of those around us. She currently works with individuals, couples and families on helping them find the best in themselves and the best way through whatever life throws at them. Lucy is known for her intelligent, empathetic, insightful presence and has worked with those who are household names to the man whose daily lives need a bit of strengthening and polishing. She is also the founder of Lucy Cavendish Counselling.

In her media career Lucy worked for all the national newspapers from the Guardian to the Times and Telegraph. She has also appeared numerous times on ITV and BBC discussing topics ranging from whether or not we should spy on our teenagers to why and how we change our life on radio 4’s Women’s Hour. She also regularly reviews the newspapers for the BBC.

Her warm, intelligent, intuitive approach comes from her abiding interest in humanity and her desire to answer – or possibly look at – the big questions; who are we? Why are we here? In her work as a therapist she deals with a huge range of topics and her ability to understand deep issues is supported by her on going training as an Integrative Therapist. We can’t how people feel about us, but we can change how we feel about them. It all starts with us. Welcome to the journey of self discovery.

The history of HARLEY STREET

Harley Street was built in the 18th Century, illustrating the opulence and grandeur of Georgian architecture, with its large town houses, sash windows and stately marble entrances. The luxuriousness of the buildings’ design, the central location, and the good transport links, soon attracted medical professionals and doctors to the area, who then began to treat patients from their homes. By 1914, there were around 200 doctors practicing down the street. The blue plaques which pepper the walls of Harley Street, including the likes of Sir Henry Thompson, Dr Edward Bach and Florence Nightingale, serve as a reminder of its rich and brilliant history.

Nowadays, Harley Street is renowned globally for being a hub of medical and healing excellence and innovation. The Harley Street Wellbeing Clinic is no exception, offering cutting edge treatments.

Inspired by historical figures who once worked down Harley Street, the Harley Street Wellbeing Clinic aims to provide phenomenal care for all clients. We are driven to remain at the forefront of our field, continually educating ourselves and researching pioneering treatments to help our clients of all ages.

Your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.
