Booking and rescheduling appointments:

Rescheduling
Regarding re-scheduling / changing dates for appointments, we can change / reschedule appointments free of charge as usual if notice of 72 hours or more is given. Within 72 hours or less, an administration fee of £22.50 is payable for rescheduling.
Cancellations
If cancellation is made within 14 days 50% of the appointment fee is payable and within 72 hours 100% of the appointment fee is payable. In case of cancellations, outside of 14 days there is no charge.
